Course consists of demonstrations, case studies, role playing activities, simulations, exercises, homework assignments and tests. This course combined with NGH convention seminar and workshop attendance, provides 2 semester credits.
This innovative program is designed to give the participants a working understanding of hypnotherapy. The course is practical and down-to-earth, concentrating heavily on the how-to-do-it aspects. Students are not simply taught all about hypnosis.
By means of supervised practice sessions, you will be trained to actually produce the hypnotic state and use it skillfully and effectively. Well thought out, tried-and-true, this course will help you to master your hypnotherapy skills and increase your results.
Upon completion of all class hours plus hands-on practice and independent study, students will be eligible for examination leading to graduation as a Certified Hypnotherapist (CH). The internationally recognized core-curriculum is reviewed, annotated and upgraded annually by the National Guild of Hypnotist adjunct faculty and is further enhanced by the personal knowledge and experience of your instructor.

Special Instructions: Students should plan on being in class for all of the scheduled hours. There is a sign-in sheet and a minimum number of hours in class is required for certification.
This course is for those who want to learn basic to advanced hypnotherapy. We do not presume that you have had any previous training. Anyone considering using hypnosis in conjunction with their current occupation will benefit from this course. This group is made up of a variety of professions: Nurses, teachers, counselors, physicians, psychologists, massage therapists, police officers, sales people, and many others. A Certificate of Attendance for CEU/Contact Hours is available for you to submit to your organization. But if you have trained elsewhere you will still find plenty more to learn.

The Hypnosis Certification course is offered three time in 2008. February, July, and October
All Certification classes are scheduled to allow student to not
lose any time at work. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
and weekends. In just 3
consecutive weekends and three Tues and Thursday evenings you can be certified
and not even use any vacation time.

Institute Admission Requirements
All applicants must be 21 years old,
complete a registration application, agree to abide by the NGH Code of Ethics
and Standards of Practice, demonstrate an aptitude for this level of training,
and be approved of by NGH Instructor, Joe Packard. A deposit of $300 is
required to hold your place in a class, (The $100 registration fee is included
in the deposit). NGH basic educational requirements necessitate that all US
applicants possess a high school diploma; international students must have their
country's equivalent. You must agree to maintain the NGH standard codes of
conduct and strict code of ethics.

Instruction
For those unable to attend the
regularly scheduled training dates, or prefer private one-on-one training,
Dynamic Mind Institute offers the full NGH Hypnotherapy training
program for a single individual (weekdays only) at a fee of $3,200.00 complete.
This flexible program allows you to arrange your training dates as your schedule
permits.

Dynamic Mind Institute was the first school in Massachusetts to gain state approval for the NGH certification curriculum. The license has expired as of September 2008.
At Dynamic Mind Institute the class size will never exceed ten students, so you get a great deal of individual attention, and the training provides you with the opportunity to do your own self-healing in the class, as well.

Because Dynamic Mind Institute utilizes electronic hypnosis with clients, this technique is an added feature demonstrated in class to students.
Your instructor actually practices what is being taught in the classroom. And having a advanced degree in Adult Education, you are in an environment not found in other training courses. To many teachers only teach hypnosis and do not practice it.
